The Challenge

In 2014 DIA upgraded to Microsoft Office 2010, and while there had been some internal branding, the communications team wanted all their core templates to go through a brand and functionality refresh.

What we did

  • Staged a planning workshop with experts from across DIA to discuss, Usability, Functionality, Design and general requirements
  • Developed a smart template toolkit with integration to the approved DIA images repository
  • Worked with their IT Team on the rollout of the templates.

Outcome

This was an interesting mix of code and design.  We don’t often get both in a project.  The DIA Team were great to work with and we delivered a smart solution in a very short space of time.
