We're looking for a passionate and experienced Change & Communications Lead to work with clients rolling out large technology based projects.

This is role is for someone with demonstrated experience in change management and communications. Are you a professional who is passionate about organisational change, are a detailed planner and have outstanding communication skills to boot? If you do read on, this could be your next career step. This role is Wellington based and does require you to travel.

What will you do?

You will be responsible for leading an organisation through their change, so to succeed in this role, you will be a person who has a desire to make a contribution to the people experience of change, by offering the following skills:

  • Experience in communicating with all levels of an organisation

  • Expert knowledge of communications planning and best practice

  • Experience with preparing change and communication strategies

  • Confidence to deliver workshops and educate staff about the change

  • Ability to work autonomously and with other key team members, both allfields and clients

  • Excellent technology skills and experience with smart devices

  • A drive to make things happen

  • Champion our brand.
