We're looking for a passionate and experienced Change Management Consultant to work with clients rolling out large technology based projects.

This is role is for someone with demonstrated experience and expertise in training and IT change projects.

 

What will you do?

  • Work with a project team with the responsibility of Change Management activities

  • Prepare Change Management Strategies

  • Prepare Communications Strategies

  • Deliver to a Communication’s Plan

  • Preparation of a Training Strategy

  • Deliver workshops to managers and to staff educating users about a change

  • Deliver training in conjunction with our training team

  • Develop and manage the post go live support model, to ensure a smooth transition to business as usual

  • Champion our brand

 

What you’ll need:

  •  Solid role and industry experience - ideally as a trainer looking to get into Change Management or as a Change Manager who is also experienced in training.

  • Ability to work autonomously and with other key team members

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills

  • Great people skills and able to build strong relationships

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, experience with smart devices and modern technology

  • Experience working for or with government agencies would be a bonus

  • Experience in any of the major ECM Solutions would be a bonus
