Change Consultant

We're always looking for passionate and experienced Change Consultants to work with our clients rolling out technology based projects.

These roles are typically located in Wellington, Auckland, or Christchurch, and for someone with demonstrable industry experience in change management and communications.

Allfields work in organisations that are undertaking change programmes that are technology focused and pride ourselves on being the people side of the change.  We are on the hunt for a new team member to join our amazing team - someone who is a skilled ‘people-person’ and can bring a solid understanding of change management practices, and deliver high quality communications to any level of stakeholders.

  • This role is for experienced or aspiring change managers who love to engage with all sorts of stakeholders, preparing them for some sort of technology change.  You will be great at talking, listening, writing, presenting and generally being the life of a project.

Training Consultant

We're seeking a Learning Development & Training Consultant to join our wonderful team in 2023. We have exciting large tech projects on the go – if you would like to really challenge yourself in a rewarding, stimulating and fun environment, then read on.

This is an intermediate level role for someone with demonstrated experience in IT training design and delivery.

  • You will be working with our amazing team, responsible for collaborating with a wide range of clients and your colleagues to tackle an equally broad range of projects. The trainer position requires clear, frequent communication – both internally and with customers. Organisation, time management and focus are important.

    Here’s a quick summary of some of what you will do. First and foremost it is in delivering desktop applications training.  The job will involve:

    • Assisting in the scheduling and planning of Training project deliverables

    • Writing Training Communications

    • Developing Training Documentation

    • Delivering small and large group training sessions

    Training technologies vary (as seen on our Training Design & Delivery page) and we are presented with new software every year, but a few that are common are:

    • Microsoft Windows / Office Desktop upgrades

    • SharePoint or ECMS Rollouts

  • You are organised, a great communicator and you love teaching people how to effectively use software in their job role.

    Here's more of what we are looking for: 

    • You have a range of relevant tech & great people skills.

    • You can demonstrate recent experience as an instructor in a variety of delivery mediums - led classroom based IT training, online eLearning development, writing training and lesson plans, scheduling, and developing user documentation.

    • You enjoy collaborating with other staff, project team members and clients, and can muck in and support other trainers too.

    • You work well under pressure and can confidently communicate clearly to the team and the client about the scope, the training plan and delivery schedule details.

    It will be ideal if:

    • You have SharePoint training or Salesforce experience or have worked with enterprise software systems.

Digital Content Creator

We’re growing and we’d love to have another capable Digital Communications Content Creator (also known as an Instructional Designer) join the team. Using professional level instructional writing together with digital media design skills to help build great learning content for customers and also build rich digital content to showcase our SaaS learning product Cognise which simplifies corporate learning making it simpler, easier & more enjoyable for today’s workers.

    • Working as part of a small cross functional change and learning design team you will produce digital learning content.

    • Storyboard, script, & build interactive engaging responsive learning content.

    • People-learning focussed technology projects involving digital media outputs e.g. Videos for ‘How tos’, user guides, customer presentations.

    • Minimum 2 years industry experience preferably in a digital learning design role.

    • A digital portfolio which showcases strong corporate learning examples and demonstrates strong layout and typography skills. Relevant examples of digital learning content, user guides, infographics, etc.

    • Demonstrable professional experience in e-learning creation tools like Vyond, & Articulate Rise.

    • Experience and proficiency in tools like Adobe Suite will help like: InDesign, Premiere, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other industry mockup tools, or other media design and prototyping tools.

    • Strong interest in digital media and videography.

Customer Success Champion

Allfields are looking for a technically savvy Customer Success Champion who possesses a strong drive for results to will help our workplace learning product Cognise shine. This role exists to deliver an exceptional Customer experience. Our ideal candidate is a go getter ready to roll up their sleeves to help support existing & onboard new customers, support our product team, and manage and grow the community around our product.

  • We need to tell our brand story, communicate clearly our offering to customers and partners – current and future while continuing  build product visibility and grow our success. So, a strong understanding of customers, general marketing principles and a passion for getting the small things right through planning and implementing simple creative effective initiatives will have a direct impact on the success of the person in this role. Great work starts with an understanding of Cognise’s target audiences and our vision.

  • Duties include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding and training clients, and minimising churn. You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.

    Successful candidates must be social, analytical, and possess an aptitude for learning and using new software and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal person should engage with customers, maximise value, and create strategies to grow our customer base.

    • Proven proactive problem solver who demonstrates initiative to quickly resolve tricky issues.

    • Ideally a Communications or Marketing Degree with min of 2-3yrs of industry experience in a similar product facing role.

    • Relevant role experience and knowledge of digital product-based customer success processes.

    • Role experience in working with larger business customers e.g. councils, government, large private

    • High computer literacy, ability to learn new software quickly.  Experience in digital content creation.
